Across 10 US states Hometown America owns more than 45 communities, many of which feature recreational facilities, such as swimming pools, clubhouses, and basketball courts. With California and Florida among its largest markets, Hometown America operates properties for all ages, as well as those that are targeted toward active seniors (under the Providence brand). It's expanding in California and Delaware. The company, founded in 1997, also offers home financing and insurance through agreements with third-party providers.
